Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Conditions of Returns/Refunds
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (including stuffing). You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note, if items show any signs of wear, we have the right to refuse returns.
- Currently, we do not offer the provision of a return shipping label. Therefore, the responsibility for returning the item lies with the customer, and the associated return delivery costs must be coordinated by the customer directly with the chosen courier service.
- If the initial order amount becomes less than £79 after eliminating the return items, the cost for the initial shipping fee of £3.99, will be excluded from the total refund amount.
- Denied returns are shipped back to customers at the customer’s own expense.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable item
Please note, due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on sale items, earrings, swimwear, and hair accessories. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for the cost of returns from the EU back to the UK. Additionally, we are not responsible for items lost during shipping returns. As such, we recommend sending returns packages with tracking.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

FAQ
Do I have to pay for shipping for returns?
Yes, you are responsible for the cost of the return and ensuring it reaches our premises. As such, we recommend you use tracked shipping.
What if I receive a defective item?
While that rarely happens, should you receive a defective item contact us with pictures of the fault at info@happyot.co.uk with your order number.
Can I exchange?
The quickest way to exchange and get your desired product is to request a return. Once you return the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. You can use this refund to repurchase your desired product.
